The Department of the Rio Grande is one of three supporting departmental support element organizations, within the MOWW, Region XIII field operational hierarchy. Along with operating two Chapters (one located in Los Alamos, New Mexico and another operating out of El Paso in west Texas), in addition to five Chapters operating throughout the state of Arizona under the administrative oversight of the Department of Arizona, two Chapters operating out of the state of Colorado under the administrative oversight of the Department of the Rocky Mountains, the Great Salt Lake Chapter Cadre development operations in the state of Utah and the state of Wyoming make up our Region XIII field operations. Department of the Rio Grande operations span the entire New Mexico 1-25 north-south corridor and the I-10 Las Cruces-El Paso Texas corridor interchange that borders with the Federal Republic of Mexico international US-Mexico border region to the south.
